Marely is from the community of Ensenada Blanca, Baja California Sur. Her family lives fishing. Marely decided to participate in our program because she wants to teach her three siblings the importance of the sea in Mexico. In addition, she wants to care for marine animals like turtles and fish because they give her food and fun. In her free time, Marely works to earn money to feed the animals she has on her family farm.
